Call for Participants: Cross-Channel Experience Case Study

Seeking innovative UX teams creating exceptional cross-channel experiences

Nielsen Norman Group is seeking a few great UX teams to participate in our research into creating excellent cross-channel user experiences.

The purpose of this research is to help fellow UX professionals learn ways work within their organization to improve the overall experience across many channels, such as the web, mobile and tablet apps, email, phone and online chat. The findings of this research will be available in our courses.

Incentive

NN/g will waive the tuition fee for a representative from your team to attend a full-day seminar at any Usability Week location before December 2014 (travel costs not included).

Please fill out our form regarding your efforts in creating great cross-channel experiences. The form asks you to provide information about how you and your team work to create exceptional user experiences across channels.

For example, we are interested in who is responsible for overseeing the cross-channel user experience, how the design process is executed, and how success is defined and measured.

If you are selected, we will schedule a phone interview with you. Prior to the phone interview, you will send examples/screenshots of some cross-channel experiences you have created.

Application deadline: Friday, February 7

Selected organizations will be notified by Friday, February 14.  

Confidentiality

Sensitive data will be concealed. Our presentations will feature screenshots and examples to help other professionals improve the experience across many touch points.
